We have an exciting opportunity for a Subway Team Leader within our SPAR Store, who is motivated, friendly, hands-on and passionate about their store. Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will support the Store Manager to maximise sales and profit, lead and develop their team, control costs and leakage and the provision of friendly, excellent service to customers, colleagues and visitors. Tasks/Responsibilities: To deliver customer service in line with SPARkling Service standards To contribute ideas for driving the business and it's team forward To use relevant processes and policies to ensure the security of people, stock and cash Ensure adherence to Subway compliance standards, with particular focus on those standards relating to food safety Report all customer complaints to manager on duty To comply with relevant legislation and health and food safety responsibilities as defined in the induction period and training To be fully aware of KRA's and assist in working to deliver and improve them.
