Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Credit Controller include:
3. Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
4. Oversee the credit control process, including assessing and approving credit limits.
5. Chase outstanding debts and resolve payment queries professionally.
6. Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies where necessary.
7. Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable and overdue payments.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to address billing and payment issues.
9. Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support financial stability.
The Successful Applicant
