Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking for your next career move? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, modern law firm with a strong reputation across Scotland.
We are looking to strengthen our Residential Conveyancing team with a skilled and motivated Paralegal. You'll play a key role in supporting clients through the full conveyancing process, from purchase and sale transactions to remortgages. What You'll Be Doing
* Acting for clients purchasing new homes and, where applicable, selling their current property
* Managing the progression of missives and ensuring timescales are met
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including reports on title
* Liaising with clients, agents, and housebuilders to provide regular updates
* Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions and post-settlement work (with assistant support available)
What We're Looking For
* Strong knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
* Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a proven track record in conveyancing
* A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment
