Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant - 3-Month Contract
Location: Hybrid (3 days office-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Pay: £16 per hour (paid weekly)
Start Date: Immediate
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional ready to hit the ground running? We're looking for someone with strong accounting knowledge to join our finance team for a 3-month temporary assignment, helping to manage and reduce AP backlogs.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing Accounts Payable backlogs
* Conducting vendor reconciliations
* Supporting the full Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process
* Working with Business Central accounting system
* Ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing
What We're Looking For:
* Solid accounting background with hands-on AP experience
* Proven ability to work independently and get the job done
* Experience with vendor reconciliations and backlog clearance
* Familiarity with Business Central is a must
* Reliable, detail-oriented and able to start immediately
