Remuneration: £50,000 - £70,000 + bonus
Benefits: Car/ allowance, pension, 25 days annual leave, phone/laptop benefits The role of the Design Coordinator Facades will involve:
Design Coordinator position dealing with various architectural external finishes inclusive of but not limited to GRC, Glass Reinforced Concrete, Brickslips, Terracotta, Renders, Aluminium and High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) cladding.
Coordinating the design process between various internal and external stakeholders
Liaising with external design suppliers ensuring designs meet requirements
Ensuring a smooth supply chain keeping projects on schedule
Working with internal teams in regards to fabrications schedule
Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
Working on projects from £500k - £25m
The ideal applicant will be a Design Coordinator Facades with:
* Must have Design experience within the cladding / faade / building envelope / Glazing industries
* Would consider a Designer, Design Manager, Design Coordinator or related with the cladding / faade / building envelope / Glazing industries
* Strong understanding of rainscreen and curtain walling is highly advantageous
* Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
* High levels of organisation and excellent time management
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills
* Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
