Your role for On-Site Coordinator:
* Coordinate daily staffing requirements and manage worker check-ins
* Maintain accurate records and reports using Google Sheets
* Act as the primary point of contact for both the client and the workforce
* Support the recruitment process by screening and interviewing potential candidates
* Ensure all administrative tasks related to personnel management are completed accurately
