As our Market Strategy Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our EMEA Market Strategy Team. Working at the heart of a cross-functional team, you’ll help coordinate activities, manage project logistics, and ensure our marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning, execution, and tracking of market strategy team activities, including campaigns, briefings, surveys, trainings, and events
* Coordinate internal communications and logistics for meetings and workshops
* Assist in the creation and deployment of content for training
* Manage project administration and support stakeholder engagement across multiple regions and teams
* Track key metrics and prepare monthly dashboards and reports to aid the demonstration of team progress
What You'll Bring
* A certificate/diploma in Marketing or equivalent experience (2–3 years)
* Prior experience in a B2B marketing or business support role
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
* An adaptable approach, with the ability to effectively manage changing demands and priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), MS Teams, and SharePoint
* Awareness of digital marketing tools and practices (e.g., social media, websites, analytics)
