About the Role: GSL Education are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching assistant to undertake a position at our schools in Hedge End. You will be providing personalised assistance, promoting a love for learning, and contributing to the overall academic development of 1-1 and small group students in diverse subjects. 1:1Teaching Assistant Role: Assisting students in defining and reaching their academic objectives. Working in tandem with educators to devise and execute customised educational strategies. Aiding students in managing day-to-day responsibilities and tasks. Offering emotional reinforcement and motivation. Tracking student advancement and communicating updates to instructors. Delivering support within standard classroom environments. Collaborating with teachers on lesson structuring and readiness. Guiding students through classroom and homework assignments. 1:1Teaching Assistant Requirements: Must hold a relevant qualification in teaching or education. Previous experience working within a school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
