Overview

Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a sociable, people-focused role? We're seeking an accomplished Business Development person to join a well-established, forward-thinking membership organisation that values structure, collaboration, energy and innovation.

Salary: Basic + uncapped commission (10% new memberships, 5% upgrades). Please discuss salary with Tate.

The Role

* Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
* Build strong relationships with existing members to ensure retention and promote upgrades
* Represent the organisation at networking events, seminars, and conferences
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver a high-quality service
* Use social media to engage audiences and promote the brand
* Start each day in the Hatfield office before attending external meetings
* Travel across Hertfordshire is required
* Flexibility to attend early-morning or evening events (with TOIL provided)

About You

* Proven experience in B2B business development or sales
* Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively
* Professional personal brand and high standards
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Confident using CRM systems and social media platforms
