Purpose of Position:
Responsible for engineering duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
* Continuous improvement of processes, using Lean tools, participating in, and leading Kaizens.
* Process engineering, problem solving and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
* Managing and presenting data and improvement plans.
* Support NPI and specification of New Equipment.
* Manage change process and documentation.
* Responsibility for all moulding processes at Hampton Park West facility.
