About the Role: Administrator – Working at Height Team We are looking for a proactive, positive, and flexible Administrator who thrives on being the go-to person for support. The ideal candidate will be assertive and highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Role Overview: As part of the Working at Height team, the Administrator will play a key role in ensuring all scaffold records are accurately maintained in line with health and safety compliance. Responsibilities include: Keeping scaffold records up to date Updating subcontractor costs and processing payments Distributing work to Working at Height Inspectors Providing reception cover as required (a shared responsibility within the team) Key Criteria: Good level of verbal and written communication IT literate – strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft packages Ability to prioritise and manage workload to deadlines Previous experience in Administration or customer service would be ideal Experience managing high-volume workloads with quick turnarounds Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational and communication skills A flexible, team-oriented approach All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
