About the Role
You will work collaboratively with Sales Directors and Account Directors across new and existing clients to help deliver successful campaigns and ensure smooth client transitions. Full responsibility for your own list of existing clients plus ongoing new client wins for you to support onboarding and growth. You will also play a key role in supporting wider client strategies and ensuring the highest standard of service across a diverse client base operating across both private and public sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients post-sale, supporting the servicing of key accounts, and collaborating with senior team members on client strategies. The role also includes attending sales pitches with the Sales Directors to ensure early relationship building, working closely with internal teams across Media Planning & Buying, Creative and Digital, and presenting strategies and reports back to clients. You will therefore need to be a confident communicator who can deliver compelling proposals and foster strong client relationships from the outset. A strong understanding of client goals and market dynamics is essential as you will work with the wider team to create retention and growth strategies that deliver results. Highlights of the role
* Supporting Sales Directors by attending client pitches to ensure a seamless transition into account management.
* Full responsibility for managing your own list of existing clients.
* Supporting Account Directors in client servicing and staying fully up-to-date on client activity.
* Developing and delivering client strategies alongside senior team members.
* Preparing and delivering proposals and post-campaign reporting with support from the Account Director where required.
* Liaising directly with clients, CNS teams and suppliers to ensure client needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have…
* Account management or client services experience is essential.
* Previous exposure to the media/marketing industry (preferred but not essential).
* Proven organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working with CRM and planning systems.
* Excellent communicator, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service and building strong relationships.
* Proven experience working independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to brief and work with internal teams to build and deliver full client strategies.
* Confidence in presenting strategies, reports, and advertising solutions to a wide range of clients.
