Payroll Advisor Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid Working) Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 + Benefits Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home Contract: Permanent, Full-Time The Opportunity JGA are partnering with a well-established professional services organisation seeking an experienced Payroll Advisor to join their growing payroll team. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of hospitality clients Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls accurately and on time Administer tronc and non-tronc arrangements, variable pay, salary sacrifice, and NMW compliance Manage high volumes of starters and leavers, including casual, seasonal, agency, and zero-hours workers Process rota and time & attendance data, resolving discrepancies efficiently Submit RTI filings, manage HMRC correspondence, and administer pension auto-enrolment Support multi-site and multi-entity payrolls with varying pay structures Advise clients on holiday pay, statutory payments, and Working Time Regulations Complete year-end activities including P60s, reconciliations, and final submissions Process payment files and maintain payroll records using IRIS Payroll Professional About You At least 2 years' payroll experience within a bureau or client-facing payroll environment Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including RTI, statutory payments, pensions, and W...
