Position Overview
Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm
Start: ASAP or after your notice
Pay: Competitive, based on skills and experience
Key Duties
* Support learning across the classroom under the direction of the class teacher
* Work closely with pupils who have SEN, delivering personalised support strategies
* Assist with structured interventions to boost academic and social progress
* Help manage behaviour using positive, consistent approaches
* Prepare resources and help organise classroom activities
* Communicate effectively with staff and parents to support pupil development
* Ensure safeguarding standards are upheld at all times
