Data System Support – About our client:
Our client is an established and growing organisation currently undergoing a significant business transformation programme. With a strong operational backbone and a focus on continuous improvement, they are investing in systems, data and process optimisation to drive long-term efficiency and performance. This role plays a key part in supporting data systems, improving workflows and delivering meaningful change across the business.
Data System Support – Details:
1. Hybrid role in Hatfield (3 days in office)
2. 37.5 hours per week
3. Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience

Data System Support – Responsibilities:
8. Manage workflow and priorities for the Process Management team using JIRA
9. Support new client onboarding within data processing systems
10. Configure and maintain data manipulation systems to ensure accurate production and routing
11. Provide application support to internal data processing and offshore teams
12. Investigate and resolve system issues within monthly production cycles
13. Support maintenance and upgrades of existing and newly implemented data systems
14. Write and amend low-level code where required to support customer or industry changes
15. Maintain clear process and system documentation
16. Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement practical improvements
17. Support and lead smaller-scale improvement projects, tracking milestones and actions
18. Work with stakeholders to analyse current (“As Is”) processes and help define improved (“To Be”) solutions
19. Produce reports and insights to support data-driven decision making
Data System Support – What We’re Looking For:
20. Experience supporting data processing or data manipulation systems (Trillium is advantageous)
21. Exposure to low-code/no-code environments, with an interest in understanding how systems function technically
22. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements
23. Experience contributing to process improvement or project-based work
24. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
25. Clear and confident communication skills
26. Naturally curious, with a desire to understand how systems work at a detailed level
This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with data and systems while also driving practical improvements. It would particularly suit someone who wants to develop within a technical and process-focused environment, rather than a purely coding or purely project management position.
