Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist, ideally with a special interest in Endodontics or Facial Aesthetics, to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental care, with excellent communication skills and motivation. Duties
The Associate Dentist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
* Conducting comprehensive dental examinations and assessments
* Diagnosing dental conditions and developing appropriate treatment plans
* Performing restorative and preventive dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and crowns
* Utilising CAD technology for designing and fabricating dental restorations
* Interpreting medical imaging to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning
* Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
* Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
* Collaborating with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members to ensure optimal patient care
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
* A valid dental degree from an accredited institution
* Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) in the UK
* Special interest in Endodontics, Orthodontics or Facial Aesthetics is highly desirable
* Familiarity with digital dentistry is highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
