Forsa Energy is a fast-growing energy business developing and operating flexible gas generation and renewable assets across the GB power market. With 300MW operational and a strong growth pipeline. Reporting to the Group Legal Counsel, you’ll gain exposure across the business, supporting projects from development through to operations, while playing a key role in company secretarial matters.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting legal work across development, construction, and commercial teams
2. Assisting with contracts, NDAs, and governance matters
3. Managing company secretarial responsibilities across the group
4. Providing practical legal support across a dynamic, growing business
What we’re looking for:
5. NQ–2 PQE Solicitor
6. Experience in commercial contracts, commercial property and/or renewables law (essential)
7. Proactive, detail-focused, and a strong communicator
8. Interest in company secretarial work (desirable)
