OXBO are partnered with a leading Renewable Energy business looking to hire a Project Manager to their collaborative and social Glasgow team.
As Project Manager you will oversee the delivery of utility-scale Solar and BESS projects though construction and commissioning.

The Role:
* Manage multiple utility-scale Solar and BESS construction projects.
* Take full responsibility for construction budgets, programmes, cash flow forecasting, and reporting at project and portfolio level.
* Manage all aspects of projects, including Construction, Health & Safety, and quality standards across sites
* Lead relationships with EPCs, contractors and stakeholders.
* Proactively identify construction risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to protect programme and cost.
* Monitor and report deviations to scope, schedule, or budget, providing clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Support tendering activities, including review of contractor designs, methodologies, and commercial proposals.
* Assist with contract negotiations and management.
* Provide technical and construction input throughout design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
* Support the growth and continuous improvement of the wider project delivery and construction management function.
What you will bring:
* Experience within the renewable energy industry or large-scale infrastructure.
* Proven ability to manage projects in fast-paced environments.
* Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland Construction, CDM, Health & Safety, and environmental regulations
* Commercially astute, with experience managing contractors, variations, and risk
* Confident communicator with stakeholders and contractor management skills
* Highly organised and detail oriented.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site as required.
