Role Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Management: Lead and present complex, sensitive, and challenging professional, managerial, and clinical communication processes that may impact service users, carers, staff, the organization, agencies, and the public.
2. Operational Delivery: Be responsible for the operational delivery of the service and ensure the delivery of the clinical pathway.
3. Performance and Resource Management: Demonstrate high competency in capacity management, performance analysis, policy implementation, and resource management (HR, finance, estates).
4. Clinical and Managerial Leadership: Provide expert clinical and managerial leadership, role modeling, and support to teams and clinical/professional leads.
5. Policy and Change Management: Ensure adherence to policies, manage change, and communicate decisions effectively to staff and senior management.
6. Autonomous Decision-Making: Make independent decisions on resource prioritization and utilization in complex situations.
7. Budget Management: Manage delegated budgets and support overall service budget management.
8. Clinical Advice: Provide specialist clinical advice on care planning and patient care.
