Job Description:
Our client, a leading global company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team at the Dunstable site. This is an ongoing temporary contract with full-time hours, offering a mix of on-site and hybrid working after the initial 3 months.
Benefits:
* Structured schedule, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.45pm or 9.00am to 5.15pm
* £14.32 per hour

Responsibilities:
* Process sales and invoices to ensure timely dispatch, invoicing, and payment
* Handle internal and customer enquiries regarding product availability, prices, delivery times, and order status
* Coordinate with various departments to confirm order status and resolve complaints
* Maintain customer records, track orders and deliveries, and generate reports
* Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers through various communication channels
* Provide volume forecasts and performance analysis to stakeholders
* Participate in sales and customer meetings as required
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in customer service, with strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in databases and computerised systems
* Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
