Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a Law Firm in London to recruit an immediate, temporary Finance Graduate for 12 months on a fixed term contract.
Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate temporary, Finance Graduate to assist them for 12 months on a fixed term contract. You will be responsible for following duties:
1. Process supplier invoices accurately and in line with internal approval workflows
2. Manage a high volume of low‑value invoices, balancing pace with strong attention to detail
3. Maintain the purchase ledger and ensure suppliers are paid on time
4. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
5. Support the onboarding and verification of new suppliers
6. Assist the Cash team with daily bank postings and monthly bank reconciliations
7. Support the management and monitoring of deposit accounts
8. Liaise with internal teams to provide updates on customer prepayments and deposits
9. Assist in the Month End customer invoice process
10. Generate WIP reports and follow up with Paralegals on accuracy of data
11. Uploading invoices to customer portals
12. Support audit requests and year‑end processes
13. Assist with system updates, data checks, and ongoing process improvements
14. Provide ad‑hoc support to the wider finance team during peak periods and staff absence
Profile:
The successful temporary Finance Graduate will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:
This Fixed term role will be paying circa £28,000-£30,000 pro rata, dependant on experience.
