Head of Customer Relationship Management (Head of CRM)
Location: Northampton (4 days a week in office & 1 day remote).
Base pay: £80,000 + bonus (circa 10%)
Responsibilities
* Lead CRM implementation, development, integration, and customisation using the Zoho suite (CRM, Creator, Analytics, Flow, Desk, Campaigns).
* Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, finance & compliance to maximise Zoho utilisation.
* Optimise workflows, automation, and data usability.
* Establish and maintain CRM governance, road‑mapping, best practice standards, and overall strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Solid CRM solutions background within the Zoho ecosystem.
* Experience managing a team of Zoho specialists.
* Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
* Own transport and willingness to work 4 days a week in the office based in Northampton.
