Role Description:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale hotel, and commercial projects across the UK, EMEA, and US markets.
* Oversee design coordination, planning, procurement, and construction activities, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
* Manage multidisciplinary consultant teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive project success.
* Act as the key point of contact for senior leadership, investors, and JV partners on project matters.
* Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory, planning, and building regulations across jurisdictions.
* Provide regular reporting on project progress, costs, and milestones to the executive board.
* Support strategic decision-making around land use, asset repositioning, and value engineering initiatives.
Requirements:
* Proven track record delivering complex, high-value real estate projects, ideally with mixed-use, commercial, or hospitality components.
* Must have 8+ years of experience in the hotel sector.
* Must have relevant experience within property development, construction, or project management.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience operating at director level.
* In-depth understanding of UK development processes; EMEA exposure is an advantage.
* Skilled in contract negotiation, programme oversight, and consultant management.
* Commercially astute with strong financial acumen and budgeting expertise.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills; able to navigate boardroom and on-site environments.
