Twinkl is looking for a driven Marketing Engagement Assistant to join our Brand Marketing team.If you have a passion for education and thrive on engaging with people, this is your chance to directly influence our brand presence and connect with our audience across social media platforms.
You will be instrumental in delivering our engagement strategy, focused on developing brand awareness, building audience relationships, and growing brand equity.Your primary focus will be within our established Facebook community, as well as across our other social channels.
What You\'ll Be Doing:
As a key part of our wider social media team, you will be responsible for creating reactive, relevant, and engaging content, promoting Twinkl resources, and interacting with our customers. Your key responsibilities would include:
* Creating content specifically for community engagement within groups and brand channels.
* Scheduling content across various social media channels using our Social Media Management Platform.
* Providing out of hours cover for social channels and group moderation.
* Anticipating responses and skilfully managing conversations on a one-to-one and one-to-many basis, responding appropriately in real-time to challenges and occasional difficult situations.
* Working with global teams to develop best practices for creating communities in localised markets.
* Informing content across all social media channels by providing valuable insights.
* Coordinating social media content 'tests' and reporting on the impact of engagement work.
What You Will Bring:
* Experience in a previous marketing or social media role.
* Proven track record of delivering engaging and creative communications.
* Excellent organisational skills and a good understanding of social media.
* Exceptional written communication skills, including excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
* Ability to craft and develop the Twinkl brand tone of voice, adapting it to fit customer needs.
* Strong communication to effectively collaborate with colleagues and external partners, both written and verbally.
* Organisation and the ability to manage time effectively, and work to deadlines.
* Honesty, trustworthiness, and reliability, with a passionate and driven work ethic.
