Building strong relationships with carers (new and existing), clients, and families, you’ll ensure the best possible care through effective matching. Accuracy and good IT skills are essential for maintaining our scheduling system and records. About you: Experience in care coordination, scheduling, or similar Strong communication and organisational skills Compassionate, proactive, and solution-focused Confident using IT systems (MS Office, care software) Knowledge of CQC standards NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) preferred Driving licence and access to a car desirable Ashridge Home Care is an equal opportunities employer, committed to diversity, inclusion and the safeguarding of adults at risk.
