Salary: £30,000 – £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience)
Commencement: Immediate or September 2025

GSL Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher with QTS to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Wimborne. As a Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), you will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment where children feel supported, challenged, and inspired. You will work across a range of subjects, encouraging curiosity and building the foundation for lifelong learning.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Foster a classroom environment that promotes inclusion, creativity, and student well-being
* Adapt teaching methods to support diverse learning needs
* Encourage pupil development both academically and personally
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school community and learning experience
What You Need:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Essential.
* Experience teaching in a mainstream primary school setting.
* Overseas-trained teachers are also encouraged to apply.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* A current CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education).
