This role is for someone already operating at National account Manager level who is hungry for their next opportunity.
As a National Account Manager, your primary objective will be to expand our customer base within the Grocery channel while ensuring profitability. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of confectionery brands and products, utilising proficient project management skills to drive growth.
Key responsibilities include managing P&L and budgetary responsibilities, enhancing brand distribution and activation, and collaborating closely with internal teams to implement strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating growth.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a skilled negotiator to drive sustainable growth while delivering exceptional customer service. While the position is home-based, regular UK-wide travel is required to engage with customers and attend team meetings at our main sites.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Ideally degree educated or evidence of strong academics
* +3 years’ experience as a National Account Manager within the Grocery channel
* Previous experience within an FMCG environment
* Proficient in P&L management
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure incremental activity
* Excellent forecasting abilities
* Willingness to travel UK-wide for customer and Head Office meetings
