Are you an experienced payroll professional with bureau experience, looking for your next step? We're working with a fast-paced payroll provider seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team. 🔍 Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently process and input large volumes of payroll data from multiple clients using specialised payroll software, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
* Support the accurate calculation and verification of employee net pay in accordance with current tax regulations and payroll legislation.
* Assist with mandatory reporting duties, including electronic submissions to government bodies and managing client payment obligations.
* Work closely with pension providers to facilitate automatic enrolment processes and adapt to ongoing regulatory updates.
* Ensure all payroll-related documentation and records are maintained thoroughly and updated regularly to uphold data accuracy and compliance.
✅ Candidate Profile:
* At least 2 years’ experience working within a payroll bureau or similar multi-client payroll environment.
* Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline-focused, high-volume environment without compromising accuracy.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering a positive client experience.
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable navigating payroll systems as well as standard office software.
* Motivated to continue learning and developing professionally, with openness to obtaining recognised payroll qualifications such as CIPP.
