About the Role
As our new Vice Principal, you’ll be joining a school on an exciting journey of change, where your leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping a culture of high expectations, opportunity and excellence. This role is all about vision, drive and collaboration. You’ll work closely with our Principal and wider leadership team to embed a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll lead on key strategic areas, particularly the set‑up, inclusive delivery and ongoing success of Lift Firth Park’s own inclusion centre, ensuring every decision supports excellent outcomes for our students. In addition you will be flexible to support the whole school with excellent leadership, may take the lead on day‑to‑day operations and step into the Principal’s shoes when needed.

Lift Firth Park is a vibrant, mixed secondary school for students aged 11–16. Located in Shiregreen, Sheffield, we serve around 1,200 pupils and reflect a richly diverse community, with more than a third of students speaking English as an additional language.
