We're working with a growing company in Chatham looking for a Customer-Focused Engineer Scheduler. This role is perfect for someone with customer service experience who is organised, proactive, and enjoys coordinating people and resources.
What you'll be doing:
Scheduling and coordinating engineers to ensure customer appointments run smoothly.
Communicating with customers to confirm visits, provide updates, and answer queries.
Keeping accurate records on internal systems.
Working closely with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.
Problem-solving to make sure engineers and customers have everything they need.What we're looking for:
Previous experience in customer service
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills - you'll be speaking with customers, engineers, and colleagues daily.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.What's on offer:
