Private Client Solicitor – NQ to 3 Years PQE £ 38- 45K dep on PQE Location: Essex (with occasional travel to other offices) Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE) to join their growing Private Client team. The Role You will manage your own caseload, covering all aspects of Private Client work including: Wills and Estate Administration Estate Planning and Trust Administration Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Tax Planning Court of Protection matters Other related areas of Private Client law Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will provide support to colleagues when needed and play an active role in business development. Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships is essential, as this is a highly client-facing area of law.
