Project Coordinator
Due to company growth, weare currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a leading engineering company based in Romsey.
Introduction
The Project Coordinator will jointhe Engineering Team and be responsible for the coordination of projects both technical and commercially. The individual will work on projects throughout the UK & Europe including theirGlobal OEM business.
The Project Coordinator willschedule and resource all activities involved in the project work cycle, assuring project accuracy and quality to completion. To liaise with clients and co-ordinate with the companys sales, and productionteams to optimise the companys product portfolio and manufacturing expertise.
Responsibilities
1. Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations from BOMs packages when required
2. Raise orders, create bills of material, manage transport during the project cycle
3. Facilitate clear and consistent communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
4. Track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
5. Identify and resolve project issues, bottlenecks, and conflicts
6. Liaising with BIM manager, throughout various project stages
