We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join our team on a part time, permanent contract.
On offer is 6 hours a day on Wednesday’s and Friday’s (Days non-negotiable)
Wednesday the successful candidate can work any 6 hours to suit their schedule, but Friday hours you will be required 09:30am - 15:30pm.
You will be offered an hourly rate of £17.25 p/h and an immediate start is available for the successful candidate.
We are looking for candidates with experience on XERO software.
Part-time Credit Controller main duties:
* Managing customer accounts and monitoring outstanding debts.
* Chasing overdue payments in a professional and effective manner.
* Reconciling accounts and resolving payment queries.
* Using Xero to maintain accurate financial records.
* Providing support to the HR Business Partner with finance-related tasks.
Part-time Credit Controller required skills and experience:
* Proven experience in a Credit Control or similar accounts support role.
* Confident in using Xero software.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
* Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team.
