The Methodist Church in the Isle of Man are seeking to appoint a part-time Finance Manager. You would be responsible for maintaining of the accountancy records and managing the day to day finances of the Circuit and District of the Methodist Church in the Isle of Man.
The role will also provide managerial oversight of the District Administrator to ensure the good running of the office and administrative affairs of the Circuit and District.
If you:
* Hold an accounting qualification.
* have in-depth knowledge of Sage accountancy packages and can run payroll systems.
* have familiarity with internet banking.
* can prepare accounts and associated schedules
* and are able to work under pressure.

Hours are an average of 8 per week preferably split over two mornings or two afternoons a week. As the role develops and particularly at /financial year ends, more hours may be required, and this will be agreed with the Treasurer and District Chair at the time.
