Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead and develop a high-performing broking function, providing technical leadership across complex placements and renewals
🔹 Maintain and further strengthen key relationships across the Lloyd’s and London insurance markets, leveraging an established underwriter network
🔹 Drive the placement of complex, cross-class insurance programmes across multiple lines of business
🔹 Lead, mentor and develop broking teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
🔹 Support strategic growth initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimise programme structures and market engagement
🔹 Act as a senior stakeholder internally and externally, managing insurer relationships and negotiating programme outcomes
🔹 Contribute to the continued development of an entrepreneurial and evolving insurance platform
