The Opportunity:
Join one of London’s leading hospitals and play a vital role in keeping operations running efficiently. From transporting patients and equipment to supporting wards and departments, you’ll be at the heart of patient care, making a tangible difference every day.
No previous experience is required – full training will be provided.
This is not a kitchen based role.
What You Will Do:
* Safely transport patients, equipment, and supplies around the hospital.
* Assist with patient transfers and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
* Support clinical and non-clinical teams with logistical and operational tasks.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment across wards and departments.
* Follow all health, safety, and infection control protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
* A reliable, flexible, and motivated approach to work.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and occasionally physically demanding environment.
* No prior experience needed – full training provided.
* Over 18 years old.
* Enhanced DBS preferred – Compass Group can provide this for the right candidate.
Presentation & Hygiene:
We uphold a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene to maintain a professional image. Team members are expected to have excellent personal hygiene, wear minimal and natural-looking makeup, and keep jewellery simple and discreet. Facial piercings and visible body modifications (such as facial tattoos or other prominent body art) should not be visible while on duty.
Hours:
Full-time, working 5 out of 7 days per week, as per hospital roster (flexible shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends).
