1. Position: Accounts Assistant

We’re recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a well-established manufacturing company near Arundel. This is a part-time, permanent role offering flexibility across the working week (Monday–Friday), with 20–25 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in accounts administration, including purchase ledger, credit control, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
As an Accounts Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
6. Managing the purchase ledger
7. Handling credit control
8. Performing bank reconciliations
9. Processing invoices
10. Supporting month-end reporting
11. Conducting financial analysis
Requirements:
12. Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant
13. AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (desirable)
14. Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable
15. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage 200, Dynamics, Xero, QuickBooks)
16. Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
