Job Summary:
CoinMarketCap, the most visited cryptocurrency site globally, is hiring a skilled AI Prompt and Quality Engineer to maintain and enhance the performance of its AI chatbot systems. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring quality interactions by analyzing, optimizing, and continuously improving the bot’s language models and output accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Chatbot QA: Evaluate AI-generated responses daily for clarity, relevance, and natural flow
* Issue Resolution: Identify, track, and resolve content quality problems through documented analysis and collaborative fixes
* Model Optimization: Support data annotation and model tuning efforts with the engineering team
* Data Insights: Analyze conversation data to identify user needs and provide feedback for system refinement
* Workflow Improvement: Streamline quality control processes to ensure consistent performance and scalable operations
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in chatbot QA or AI optimization
* Solid understanding of NLP and machine learning principles
* Skilled in SQL, Excel, and performance evaluation methods
* Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills
* Experience with top-tier AI chatbot platforms preferred
