Role - Electronics Production Manager
Salary- £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location – West London
An industry leading engineering specialist near West London are looking to grow their highly skilled, innovative, and enthusiastic engineering team with the addition of a Production Manager as they aim to make a big impact within a global industry.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a production team in the building of electrical/electronic equipment and PCB assembly.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements, analysing the results and ensuring corrective action is implemented to continuously improve the working environment.
* Plan, organise, and coordinate resources to meet the production requirements.
* To investigate and analyse all production related issues and to ensure ongoing continuous improvement.
* Lead, manage, and develop all employees.
* Liaise and work with other departments to ensure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
* Check the products production documents are accurate and complete.
* Generate KPIs, making recommendations on trends, improvements, and corrective actions to and enhance operational excellence.
* Required to travel to our other production facilities domestically and internationally.
Key Skills/Experience:
* Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or another relevant discipline
* A proven track record within the electronics production industry.
* Knowledge of implementing continuous improvement programmes.
* Able to listen to and influence peer group and department team members to build and lead effective working teams.
* Good attention to detail
* IT skills (email, all MS Office software including Project and PowerPoint)
