Paramedic Functional Assessor
Salary: £37,500 £46813 (dependent on location)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Working pattern: Hybrid (on-site + home-based)
Experience: Minimum 1 year UK practice as an HCPC-registered Paramedic
About the Role
We are seeking experienced HCPC-registered Paramedics across the UK to join our national team of Functional Assessors. This role is ideal for Paramedics who are looking for more predictable hours, a supportive clinical environment, and opportunities for career development while continuing to use their clinical expertise in a meaningful way.
Youll receive full training and ongoing support, so no previous Functional Assessor experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct functional assessments using a structured clinical approach
* Review medical evidence and claimant information
* Produce accurate, detailed clinical reports that support fair decision-making
* Maintain HCPC standards and follow clinical best practice
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
What Youll Need
Applicants must:
* Be an HCPC-registered Paramedic
* Have at least 1 year of post-registration UK experience
* Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills and sound clinical judgement
* Be comfortable working with digital systems in a hybrid setting
* Bring a compassionate, professional approach to every assessment
