We are delighted to be assisting a 2 Rosette restaurant which is based in a boutique hotel near Cirencester. They are in search for a Sous Chef to help guide, mentor and motivate their small but mighty team of 5.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Sous Chef…
1. £40,000 per annum plus £3,500 service charge
2. Working 45 hours per week
Responsibilities as a Sous Chef…
3. Creating a variety of delicious dishes which celebrate sustainability and the restaurant's “farm to fork” ethos
4. Letting your creative juices flow as you make the most of the hotel’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
5. Helping create a positive working environment as the team push the standards.
6. Passing on your culinary expertise to the more junior chefs in the kitchen
7. Working closely alongside the Head Chef and showcasing your kitchen management skills
