Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Top Tier Law Firm - Belfast (2–6 Years’ PQE)
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a top tier Northern Ireland law firm in Belfast.
This highly regarded Commercial Litigation team is recognised for its strength in handling complex, high-value disputes across a broad range of sectors. The team is known for delivering technically excellent, commercially focused advice aligned to client priorities and business objectives.
Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking to appoint two ambitious solicitors to join its expanding disputes practice.
This role would suit an ambitious litigator seeking high-calibre work, strong mentoring, and genuine long-term career progression within a market-leading firm.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, working both independently and alongside senior lawyers on significant, high-value matters. The role will involve:
* Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters
* Drafting pleadings and detailed legal submissions
* Advising clients on litigation strategy and risk
* Engaging in settlement negotiations and ADR processes
* Supporting partners and senior solicitors on complex disputes
* Contributing to business development initiatives
The team regularly acts on sophisticated, multi-faceted disputes, offering excellent exposure to high-quality work and leading clients.
About You
Ideally you will meet the following criteria;
* 2–6 years’ PQE in commercial litigation
* Strong drafting and advocacy skills
* Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities
* The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team
* Experience in contested construction matters (advantageous)
* Exposure to ADR processes (advantageous)
