Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and manage a team of manufacturing engineers
* Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews and support professional development
* Oversee design, development, testing and validation of electronic products
* Provide technical guidance and decision-making support on complex engineering issues
* Work closely with production, quality, supply chain and procurement teams
* Support new product introduction from concept through to volume manufacture
* Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
* Plan and manage workloads, timelines and resources
* Develop and maintain engineering standards, processes and documentation
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget

Requirements
* Proven experience in an engineering leadership or management role
* Strong background in electronics manufacturing
* Solid understanding of PCB design, electronic assemblies and manufacturing processes
* Excellent communication and people-management capabilities
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
