THE JOB
Hyperfast is seeking an experienced Administrator to assist in the successful delivery of programmes across our Rearrangements Department, aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs), role responsibilities, and company objectives.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
1. Creating and progressing orders through appropriate software platforms (CRM and Arc).
2. Managing shared inboxes.
3. Issuing work to suppliers, updating progress status and trackers.
4. Conducting quality and compliance reviews for all aspects of each order.
5. Performing corrective action reviews to ensure high standards.
6. Having some understanding of the telecoms industry is advantageous; the role covers aspects within the PIA network, but this is not essential.
7. Analyzing operational practices, reporting, database management, and maintaining records to ensure compliance.
8. Identifying working constraints with the Rearrangements Manager that could hinder objectives.
9. Ensuring effective communication within the team and stakeholders, delivering information in a timely and clear manner.
10. Contributing new ideas, improvements, and innovations.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
* Strong organization skills and high-level information management.
* Accuracy and attention to detail for data entry and reporting.
* Ability to prioritize and work effectively within a team.
* Experience with Microsoft Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Minimum 1 year of administration experience.
* Experience within the telecoms industry and PIA network is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
* Willingness to contribute ideas, improvements, and innovations.
