Overview
Inbound Sales Advisors based in Loughborough, taking calls from customers that have been on the website and looking to purchase some amazing tech!
Responsibilities
* Manage inbound calls from clients / customers' requests.
* Understand customer needs, close the sale, build the customer basket (including services) and walk them through the full sales journey.
* Guide the customer through the sales journey whilst ensuring they are kept fully informed.
* Build relationships with customers to convert a one-time customer into a customer for life.
* Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maximise up selling opportunities while ensuring the customer has an informed choice.
* Aim to exceed sales expectations.
* Uncapped Commission Structure.
Training and Hours
There will be 2 weeks training - 09:00 - 17:30. Full Training is given. Hours of work are Monday to Friday (Between 08:00-20:00 Shift Range - 8hr Shift). 1 in every 2 weekends - 09:00-17:30.
Key Skills
* A commitment to providing great service.
* Customer Service experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* To be driven with the desire to consistently exceed sales targets.
* Flexible and adaptable.
* A passion for putting customers first and creating customers for life.
* A passion for tech!
* A previous sales experience would be desirable.
* IT literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly and efficiently.
