Responsibilities
* Manage procurement processes to ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulations.
* Identify cost‑saving opportunities and negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve value for money.
* Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
* Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the organisation's objectives.
* Prepare and analyse procurement reports to inform decision‑making and ensure transparency.
* Support the Procurement & Supply Chain department in achieving operational efficiency.
* Ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping of all procurement activities.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored procurement solutions.
Qualifications
* A solid understanding of procurement principles and supply chain management within the Not For Profit sector.
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills to achieve cost‑effective solutions.
* Proficiency in preparing and analysing procurement‑related data and reports.
* Experience in managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with policies.
* A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and suppliers.
