Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements:

* We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with the following qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution selling, particularly with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Insights, Service, Field Service, Case Management, or Power Platform, or relevant experience in Contact Centre operations.
* Deep knowledge of core modules and hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and common integration patterns.
* Proven track record in proof-of-concept (POC) development, system architecture, and performance optimization.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* A consultative approach with the ability to co-design solutions and strong storytelling skills to highlight user journeys and ROI.
* Familiarity with value-selling frameworks, ROI modeling, and the capability to quantify benefits in business terms.
* Experience with commercial models, total contract value estimates, and discussions around licensing.
* Personal attributes that include being curious, self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative, alongside a quick adaptability to new product releases and industry trends.
* Relevant Microsoft Certifications.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, I will engage in a variety of strategic initiatives including:
* Collaborating with the Client Solutions team to build repeatable assets that align with our strategy.
* Working alongside the sales team, Client Groups, Delivery Leads, and Consulting teams, as well as Microsoft Account Executives on account planning and business application priorities.
* Ensuring seamless transitions to delivery teams and collaborating with Solution Architects.
* Mentoring team members and sharing best practices.
* Contributing to pipeline and revenue growth by orchestrating demand generation activities such as customer workshops, tradeshows, and company events.
* Leading discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and executive briefings while conducting proof-of-concepts and demonstrations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
* Establishing trusted advisor status with clients and articulating business value by translating technical capabilities into ROI-focused narratives and business cases.
* Creating compelling proposals and responses to RFPs that demonstrate operational agility and potential for revenue growth with Dynamics 365.
* Engaging with C-suite and stakeholders to understand their needs and co-creating success metrics, while presenting technical concepts through relatable stories suited to various audiences.
* Maintaining existing certifications and staying informed about supporting technologies, including Power Platform, Artificial Intelligence, Co-Pilot, Logic Apps, and Azure.
