Your new role
We're seeking a financially minded Analyst to join a dynamic finance team, responsible for delivering accurate and insightful management information and performance reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the finance function and regional business teams, you'll extract, validate, and present data using a range of tools, including Power BI and Excel, while working to strict deadlines. The role will involve producing monthly, quarterly, and year‑end MI, developing dashboards and reports, driving process improvements and automation, and acting as a key point of contact for all reporting requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
Coming from a finance background, you will demonstrate FP&A experience in a role where you have enhanced and developed the organisation's reporting capabilities. Exposure to Power BI and advanced Excel skills are highly desirable, alongside a strong communication style that enables effective engagement with a diverse stakeholder group. You will be based close to Fleet, allowing you to work from the office on a hybrid basis (three days per week).
