Store Manager - Cambridge
We are seeking a permanent full-time Store Manager who thrives in a hands‑on, customer‑focused environment. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week).

This role in store will:
* Build authentic relationships with customers
* Drive store sales performance through confident selling
* Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and instil a positive work environment
* Deliver memorable service every time
* Be responsible for ensuring that the team is supported with visual merchandising, store presentation and uphold operational standards
* Work on POS including sales and stock movements
* Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture
Working in retail requires flexibility, and reliability is essential. We support this with an agreed long‑term roster that is planned in advance.
What We’re Looking For:
* A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service and personal selling
* Passionate about fashion and helping others feel and look their best
* Experienced in a retail store management role
* Confidence to engage and connect with a wide range of customers
* Physically capable to stand for extended periods and manage stock (lifting, unpacking, replenishing)
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
* A team mindset, we work in small stores, everyone does everything
