We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting of properties. Responsibilities
* Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
* Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
* Prepare and present property listings using various marketing strategies, including online platforms and social media.
* Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
* Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighbourhood developments to provide accurate information to clients.
* Manage administrative tasks such as preparing documents, maintaining records, and coordinating appointments efficiently.
Skills
* Strong administrative experience with a keen eye for detail to manage paperwork effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
* Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele.

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
